I offer an extremely comprehensive rug service: rugs can be woven in hand tufted and hand woven quality, using New Zealand wools, pure silks and art silks.
- Hand woven quality rugs come in 60 knot weave and 100 knot weave and take 12 weeks to produce
- Hand tufted rugs take 6 weeks to produce
- Clients can choose from over 200 different shades of wools that I carry
- If I do not carry the correct wool colour I will get wool dyed to match a colour swatch
- My whole artworks can be produced as rugs
- I will design rugs from scratch to fit in with your brief
- You can choose from over 85 rugs designs which I have in a catalogue
- All my designs can be resized, recoloured, reshaped or simplified to fit your brief
- Rugs can be sculpted with sections indented and raised
- Rugs can be produced in different textures, e.g., looped and shaggy varieties
- I can produce plain rugs.
